I have eleven years of experience as a DevOps and infrastructure engineer, mostly on Azure. I have built pipelines, stood up cloud environments, and helped teams run stable and scalable systems. As a tech lead I assessed engineers technically. That is how I know what matters in a conversation, and where a CV falls short.

I bring that experience into recruitment. We do not forward CVs without a technical check. You get candidates we have screened, and we speak the language of engineers and hiring managers. I also build and improve AiRecruiter, a handy AI recruiter that helps us run the pipeline.

She focuses on understanding what each role really requires, then carefully selects candidates whose skills, experience, and mindset fit the technical requirements and the hiring team's expectations.

Rather than sending as many profiles as possible, she presents a small number of well-matched engineers, combining market knowledge with a selection process built on quality over quantity.
