About me

I am The Technical Recruiter

I have eleven years of experience as a DevOps and infrastructure engineer, mostly on Azure. I have built pipelines, stood up cloud environments, and helped teams run stable and scalable systems. As a tech lead I assessed engineers technically. That is how I know what matters in a conversation, what a demo says about someone’s level, and where a CV falls short.

I bring that experience into recruitment. I do not forward CVs without a technical check. You get candidates I have screened myself, including a technical demo I review personally. That means I speak the language of engineers and hiring managers — whether you are in enterprise, government, or banking.
