Alban has eleven years of experience as a DevOps and infrastructure engineer, mostly on Azure. He has built pipelines, stood up cloud environments, and helped teams run stable and scalable systems. As a tech lead he assessed engineers technically. That is how we know what matters in a conversation, what a demo says about someone’s level, and where a CV falls short.

We bring that experience into recruitment. We do not forward CVs without a technical check. You get candidates we have screened, including a technical demo Alban reviews personally. That means we speak the language of engineers and hiring managers.
